In today's litigious and regulated business climate, mental health treatment providers face increasing risk of mal-practice claims and licensing Board grievances against their practice. You can manage that risk and enhance your practice by utilizing expert consultation and/or supervision services.  Psychotherapy Practice Solutions, a Professional Limited Liablity Company, provides convenient On-Line Consultation and On-Line Supervision Services for mental health treatment providers and managers. A select team of expert mental health and legal services professionals provide optimum solutions to the most difficult or complex practice problems. Amos D. Martinez, Ph.D. established this business in September of 2005, after more than 31 years of public service in clinical social work, law enforcement, and professional licensing and regulation of mental health treatment providers and managers. Dr. Martinez is the former program director of Mental Health Licensing and Regulation in the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. He directed the operations of five Governor appointed Boards and Commissions representing the professions of Psychology, Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and State Listed Psychotherapists, as well as a State Advisory Committee representing Addictions Counselors. Dr. Martinez's programs were also responsible for complaints/grievances against State approved sex offender and domestic violence treatment management providers. Psychotherapy Practice Solutions, PLLC, is affliated with www.MHOnTheLine.com, LLC, a professional organization in partnership with Robert E. Lees & Associates, P.C., a legal services corporation.
